I think it is disgusting that a government could even consider thinking of selling off school land without checking the exact usage of the land. If part of the land being sold is the Memorial Forest then the issue should be raised VERY publicly to make people realise the significance of the area. I know St Greg's college in Campbelltown has recently sold much of it's land for a HUGE price so this has probably enticed the government to do the same - without even thinking about the consequences. Let's hope that someone finally sees the light and pulls the pin on this sale before they do anything drastic (and stupid)!
